Constructive robust evaluation to help organisations understand their impact on people and place

I am a heritage, arts, and culture specialist with extensive experience of understanding and evidencing the impact of heritage projects, programmes and organisational development. I design practical evaluation frameworks and processes that help organisations clarify what they want to achieve, gather credible evidence and use learning to strengthen their work. My approach is collaborative and reflective, working with teams to assess achievements, understand challenges and consider how practice and strategy should develop. I have evaluated more than 60 National Lottery Heritage Fund-supported projects, alongside major commissions for funders and cultural organisations including Esmée Fairbairn Foundation, Jerwood, Clore Leadership and Tate.
