On Wednesday 4 October we hosted an interactive webinar with freelance marketing consultant Jo Burnham. The session introduced a selection of AI tools and techniques and explored how they might be used responsibly by the heritage sector. - Discussion of some of the limitations of these tools and considering how they might best be harnessed in the heritage sector.

Jo (all pronouns) is the Marketing Campaigns Manager for Brighton Dome and Brighton Festival, and a freelance marketing consultant and publications manager. They specialise in integrated campaign management, copywriting, and artificial intelligence consultation.
